Man Up is a 10 week program aimed at teaching men how to overcome struggles and challenges they may be facing in their life.
Man Up seeks to assist men to become leaders of their home and their community.
We have groups available both in-person, online as well as Kaitiaki in the home with experienced facilitators with a heart to help the community.
